These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flowers For Friends site and the Flowers For Friends Service and by accessing the Flowers For Friends
site and the Flowers For Friends Service you agree to be bound by them.
These terms apply to orders by the Internet on the Flowers For Friends website. Internet orders relate to Internet transactions
only and may not be available in store. Likewise special offers in store do not apply
to Internet prices.
In the event that we are unable to supply the product ordered or any substitute product to you, we shall notify you as soon as reasonably possible and
shall reimburse your payment in full no later than 7 days after the intended date of delivery.

You will receive an email confirming your order and that payment has been made, on the understanding that delivery is
subject to availability. You will then receive a further email confirming the order has been received and accepted. In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the
right to substitute flowers of equal quality and value.
All information regarding prices are correct at the time of publishing and include VAT. It may be necessary to change prices from time
to time. Any price changes will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order. All payment are through
a secure server
The Flowers For Friends Delivery charge is £5.99 for next day delivery and £7.99 for same day delivery and is applicable to all
orders within the UK, Northern Island, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Scottish Highland and Islands. We do not deliver outside the UK, including Eire.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Orders must be received by 1.00pm (UK time) for delivery the next day and 3.00pm (UK time) for delivery same day.
Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please
ensure that you have included the full address
details, including the accurate postcode of the intended recipient and your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that we can notify you in the
event that any delivery problems are encountered.
Orders received on a Sunday or Bank Holiday will be treated as having been received on the following working day.
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that delivery will be on the intended delivery date you acknowledge that in very occasional
circumstances delivery on the requested terms will not be possible. In such circumstances we shall either make alternative arrangements or shall reimburse
your payment in full.
Cancellation can only be accepted if received at least 24 hours before the requested delivery date either by telephone or email.
Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate as photographic processes will allow.
Photography of the Interflora range is © Interflora British Unit Ltd. All other photography on the site is owned by Flowers For Friends and is
an accurate representation as to the quality and design of Flowers For Friends.
Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Flowers For Friends site is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this
and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or any interruptions of the site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and
Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the site inaccessible or unoperational.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Flowers For Friends website for any reason at any time.
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Flowers For Friends website and
will be effective 24 hours after listing any such changes.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed
according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters and any claim will not exceed the cost of goods

In all circumstances we will need to establish that all information pertaining to the complaint is correct and valid. In all circumstances will endeavour
to satisfy every complaint, whether it be the fault of Flowers For Friends and/or any relay member.
These Terms and Conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.
